Of course there was a procedure that mid-day could have followed, but then there can be a lot of shudve-wudve-cudve arguements. What cannot be argued though, is that activist journalism shud be encouraged to truly expose corruption in various government bodies. We all know corruption exists, and we all turn a blind eye to it every day. If we cannot do a lot about it, at least let us not persecute those who talk about it! well…i believe what mid day did was not passing a judgement, but letting out the facts. I remember an incident where a judge was convicted and found guilty of seeking favors in exchange of favorable sentences and the courts acknowledged the role of media.
