		<description>well...i believe what mid day did was not passing a judgement, but letting out the facts. Of course there was a procedure that mid-day could have followed, but then there can be a lot of shudve-wudve-cudve arguements. 

What cannot be argued though, is that activist journalism shud be encouraged to truly expose corruption in various government bodies. We all know corruption exists, and we all turn a blind eye to it every day. If we cannot do a lot about it, at least let us not persecute those who talk about it!</description>

		<description>u may be right, but the same constitution provides a procedure for bringing the judges to judgement (impeachment) and that should have been followed. I remember an incident where a judge was convicted and found guilty of seeking favors in exchange of favorable sentences and the courts acknowledged the role of media. In that case, i am told the procedure was followed, but i agree with those who say that Midday was too entrepreneurial to go ahead and pass the judgement on its own.</description>
